Jack and Joey with Ace Glass replaced 3 of our windows – 2 with patterned glass and 1 clear. They did a great job! Don’t hesitate to choose Ace Glass for your glass needs. I ordered two large mirrors for our RV closet sliding doors and they came out fantastic! It only took a few days before they were ready for pick up. They worked with us on the thickness we needed to ensure they weren’t too heavy and everything came in at an affordable rate keeping the project within budget. Amber was super helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us throughout our many questions. For the more technical question she even connected us with a glass expert during the same call to ensure all our inquiries were answered. Thank you for a great experience!

Sam and Jamie were awesome. Great communication, on time, professional, friendly, and did great work. I called Ace and another local glass shop but Ace was by far on top. The project, replacing a cracked IGU for a single window sash, was done very quickly and the price was right around what I was expecting.

The seals have been broken on my two sidelight windows at the front door for years. The company that replaced our 32 casement and double-hung windows suggested that Ace Glass is the best! Not only did Ace Glass schedule an appointment in a timely manner, but the person who measured let me know the new sidelights could have grids to match the rest of the front of the house if I wanted. I agreed. Terry and Jack were faced with a monumental task of doing a lot of scraping to prepare the frames for the new windows. We are delighted with the look of the new sidelights. Friends have remarked it makes the house look updated and finished. Not bad for a 30 year-old house!

We have worked with ACE Glass for the past several years and have been extremely satisfied with their technical knowledge and workmanship. Whether installing a broken glass or a new shower door, ACE Glass has always performed the job to our satisfaction and more. I’ve needed a windshield replacement for a couple weeks (and it’s a GNARLY crack/spider on driver side) The closest appt I could get was today with a company we’ve used before. Late yesterday that business contacted me via email to cancel because they didn’t have it. I was frustrated they didn’t do better to contact me but obviously understand shortages. They have no estimate of when they’d have it or when they’d have someone who could do the work. I called Ace Glass less than 15min before closing time and spoke to Amber about our predicament and the fact we were traveling out of town this Saturday. She has worked tirelessly to secure glass for us, calling the insurance with me to move the claim, and even securing a second Honda dealer windshield and approved claim in case the other isn’t in. She then scheduled us for tomorrow and made sure I understood plan A and plan B as well as weather recalibration information. I LOVE good customer service, it makes me happy to my core! I have so much faith in people and companies who value that, they will always win my business. ALL this to say, if you need a windshield replaced I HIGHLY suggest Ace Glass and definitely hope you have the pleasure of working with Amber!

I was most impressed by the Ace Glass (Midlothian Tpk) customer service. Consistently, the front facing staff quickly acknowledged each customer who entered. As I waited, their inevitable conversations between them revealed respect to each other and for customers. The technical staff appeared to work well with the team and our repairs were completed ahead of schedule. With my failed chip repair and subsequent windshield replacement (with calibration completed through this location) I was given thorough instructions. Because of this positive experience, we had Ace replace another windshield which we had been postponing. Both replacements were coordinated with our insurance without problems.

Amber was the best! She made sure that everything was set up and was the most pleasant intelligent customer service person I have ever dealt with. Being in sales myself, I rarely see this kind of service. Cowan came out and quickly replaced my windshield to beat the rainstorm. He was kind and very professional. Ace Glass was the only company who would come out and do this replacement. The upper panel of a storm door was shattered by a stone. The replacement was complicated by the upper panel being part of a screen panel that gets raised and lowered. They were great. Jack was my technician and couldn’t have been any nicer and the door works great. Many thanks for doing this complicated replacement.

I called to get a quote on a fairly new vehicle and while talking to Kelly I was informed there were many different glasses for my truck. I also was concerned with needing a recalibration that is very expensive. She took my vinyl number and did alot of digging and she was able to inform me that while my truck does require a specific glass I dont need the recalibration that all my other quotes required of me. Had she not called around to find all the info needed I would have had to pay for something that was not necessary. She was prompt in her call backs and give me an abundance of info for future use. I cant thank her enough. Customer service is definitely a priority here. Thank you so much.

I had a family friend recommended me to Ace because come to find out his sister Amber works for them. I called Ace and she immediately set me up with an appointment, informed me of the great pricing and all the details in between! She was so sweet and extremely helpful. I was very pleased with my experience with Ace Glass. My glass was perfect and everyone could not have been nicer.

My 1939 house needed a 12-pane window reglazed and Ace Glass did an excellent job. The estimator evaluated the job and explained the process in detail. We scheduled the job and the two professionals came on time, worked diligently and completed the job in the estimated time and for the estimated price. They took the time to explain to me how to prime and paint the reglazed window panes. This was a difficult, time-consuming job and the work was done meticulously and professionally. I am very, very happy with the excellent workmanship.

I truly and strongly believe in the ole’ adage from my Mother that you “pay for what you get!” Quite honestly, I had a “world class” and awesome business experience with Ace Glass on Midlothian Turnpike, Richmond, VA. Prior to meeting the professionals at Ace Glass, I was referred to another window company that offered me the “poorest” and most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. My beloved car insurance company referred me to one of their highly recommended window companies to replace me front window on my Honda Accord and it was by far, the worst. I should’ve known better when I called this window company and the owner wanted to know, if I were a collection agency before he shared who he was. I’ve been with my existing Insurance Company for over 20 years and had a great relationship while offering, I believe, great client service and loyalty my insurance company. I was given ACE’s telephone number from my Service Technician (Jas) at the Honda Dealership and I should’ve contacted Ace Windows initially. Here’s why- from the moment I called and spoke with Lorri Hudson, I knew I had contacted the right window company. Lorri listened to my concern and invited me to come directly to their store. Although ACE Windows schedules appointments just like any other business does, Lorri was so concerned about my horrible experience with the other window company, she invited me to visit her location immediately. When I met the other staff members, I was so relieved! Without ACE Window knowing my concerns, that my Mother was in ICU (RIP Mom), being stopped prior by the Police Authority because I had a window rejection sticker, I must admit that Lorri and my service technician Stephen made me a priority. I had a cracked windshield on my 2003 Ford Windstar. Ace had done a great job on my wife’s Subaru, so I called them and they came out and replaced my ford windshield. The men were courteous and did a great job in my driveway. I would recommend Ace Glass to any one.

Thanks for the excellent job with removing and installing a decorative arched insulated glass unit at my residence. I’m glad I decided to look into replacing only the part I needed instead of replacing the whole window unit, which consisted of side panels, 1 main (2 sashed) window, and an arched overhead. One of the two referred specialized glass contractors that came to my home to look at the job said that because of the design the whole window unit would have to replaced (cost a fortune). The second, said because of the design, they would have to send out 2 people for the job and that would double the cost. Fortunately, after looking at their reviews, I contacted Ace Glass. I’m so glad I did. Their price to remove, supply, and install only the arched window unit was 50% less than the lowest quote I had been given. The contractor told and showed me how the quality of the unit they were installing was better that what I had. The scheduling and installation was timely and the unit looks great. Thank you Ace Glass. Unit removed and installed: Unit measures apprx. 26” wide x 14” tall with an arch pattern. Unit made with clear annealed glass with 3 equally spaced muttins in the glass.

Excellent customer service & product from ACE glass! I needed a glass top made for my dining room table. ACE provided me with tracing paper, & explained very clearly how to trace the shape of the tabletop. Then they cut the glass according to the tracing, delivered & set it on the table. A perfect fit! Glass is fine, but was obviously a rushed job and errors just don’t give me overall confidence in the workmanship. My interior was left dirty, again a simple vac and wipe of the dash would have sufficed. The plastic trim that covers the bottom seal was replaced with no body clips, just loosely held down by the hood and wiper arms. Again we’re talking about 10cent plastic clips. And finally, my wiper arms were replaced on the wrong side, which I didn’t notice until it rained and the angles were way off. Now all of this I can fix myself very easily. But I don’t feel someone not mechanically inclined would be able to or notice these things.

Ace glass did a great job on replacing our fogged up window. They came out and measured, and then immediately scheduled replacement once the window was done. Shout out to Sam and Jamie who did the measurement and replacement and has us back to new in now time. Both were extremely professional and friendly. We will use them again in the future for any home or auto glass needs.

Had 4 large patio doors glass replaced because of fogging / seal went bad. From appt set up to job completion it took one week and at most 2 hours to install/replace the glass. I can’t say anything bad about this company the installers are professional and fast and went the extra mile to fix a little defects in one of the doors frames which we appreciated. Only regret is that I didn’t know about them sooner. (UPDATE 12-10-24) They did such a good job the last time I had them come back and install some new tracks for my patio doors and repair anchors on a window. As usual they went above and beyond as they listened to my elderly mothers concerns. Its good to know we still have some customer orientated companies we can trust out here. They are my new go to window and glass company.

Oh my gosh Tiffany and Tabitha are the absolute best!!! I got a decent-sized chip on my windshield from a stray rock that hit it on the highway so I immediately put in a claim through my insurance and found this place through Google as one of the best window repair shops in Chesterfield. I called and got an appointment right away. Amber E was my main contact through the whole process and was a huge help and was very responsive. The service itself was very fast and my windshield looks great!

Paul and Sean were on time and very polite and helpful. They completed the replacement in a timely manner and the work was excellent. Amber in the office was very polite and friendly when I scheduled my appointment as well. I would use ACE Glass again!

The team from ACE GLASS went above and beyond to repair my window quickly so that I could leave town on vacation. The sunroom window was broken by a rock thrown by a lawnmower. The original manufacturer could no longer fix or replace the window. ACE GLASS did it! Beautiful job! I was very pleased with the price! Friendly professionals, every person I dealt with! The installers were top notch! Truly, I can not recommend them highly enough!

Ace Glass was amazing!!! I had been looking for help to repair my windshield for 3 days. My insurance wanted me to use one company that had no openings. I got in touch with a company in Powhatan that came to my home in Midlothian. He called back after looking at it and leaving to tell me they couldn’t fix it because it was too hot. Funny my truck was sitting outside the garage he did not ask if I could pull it into. He then said maybe Monday or Tuesday. I called many other places that would do it for over $100 but would not go thru insurance. I finally spoke with Mariah at Ace Glass. She said they were booked but could probably do it Monday or Tuesday. I told her I had been looking for days and I needed to fix it today before it cracked across my windshield. Been there done that. She told me to just come by and they would fit me in. I sent my insurance info ahead of time. They had me in and out in 25 minutes!!! I recommend them above others in the Midlothian area.

Jack, Chase, Sam and Jamie did an excellent job replacing multiple, hard to get to, large and small windows at our home yesterday. They work well as a team and I am very please with the results.
