- When you need to replace your car battery, ensure that you only replace it with the same type of battery with the same rating. Unfortunately many overlook this which can in turn lead to voltage and charging issues in the hot weather
- Some batteries need to be topped of regularly, ensure if yours is, you top it up regularly and that you check it and don’t forget to use distilled water.
- When charging your battery, you must make sure that you are charging it at the correct rate. Overcharging has been found to damage a battery as much as undercharging does
